Cinnamon Sore Throat Tea

It’s no secret that people have been using home remedies for ages and that’s because they work! If you’ve been trying to find effective home remedies for sore throat, look no further because I actually use these remedies and they are awesome.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.

  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Stir in the honey and fresh lemon juice.
  6. Sip slowly while warm for soothing relief.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste preference.
 
  • Use any milk of your choice, including almond, oat, or soy milk, for a plant-based version.
