Stinging Nettle Oil is an herbal oil infusion made by soaking stinging nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) in a carrier oil.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Fill a clean, dry jar about halfway with dried nettle leaves.
  • Pour your chosen oil over the herbs until they’re fully covered, leaving an inch of space at the top.
  • Seal the jar and place it in a warm, dark place for 2–4 weeks. Shake gently every few days.
  • Strain the oil through a cheesecloth or fine mesh into a clean container.
  • Store in a dark glass bottle, away from light and heat.
