1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (more as needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the meat filling:
250g (about 1/2 lb) minced meat (beef, chicken, or lamb)

🧑🍳 Instructions:
Prepare the Potato Dough:
Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth and let cool slightly.
Mix in the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. The dough should be soft but hold its shape. Add more flour if needed.
Cook the Meat Filling:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the minced meat, cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir in herbs, then remove from heat and let cool.
Form the Rolls:
Take a small handful of potato dough and flatten into a patty.
Place 1–2 tsp of the meat filling in the center.
Gently fold the edges over the filling and shape into a roll or oval.
Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
(Optional) Coat and Fry:
Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
Drain on paper towels.
