Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (from about 10-12 full sheets)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
For the Creamy Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz (450g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
For the Fresh Mango Topping Creamy :
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups of diced mango)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste based on mango sweetness)
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
