Mississippi Mud Potatoes 😋

Ingredients:

* 2 lbs baby red potatoes (washed & quartered)
* 1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. **Preheat oven** to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
