Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
For the steak bites:
1 lb of steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
For the creamy sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Add steak cubes to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
Once seared, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the steak to the pan and toss it with the garlic butter. Let it cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Garnish with fresh parsley (if desired).
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, beef broth, parmesan, and Dijon mustard.
Stir the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Once it thickens to your liking, season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary if desired.
Serve:
Plate the garlic butter steak bites, drizzle with the creamy sauce, and enjoy!
