Fried Cheese-Stuffed Doritos

Ingredients:

1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
8 oz block of cheddar cheese (cubed)
1 cup flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse the Doritos until finely crushed. Pour the crumbs into a shallow dish.
Cut the cheddar cheese block into small, bite-sized cubes.
Prepare a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with the crushed Doritos combined with panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each cheese cube in the flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and then press it into the Doritos-panko mixture until fully coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the cheese cubes in batches until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on a paper towel before serving hot.
