Festive Antipasto Cream Cheese Log

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

½ cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped

¼ cup green olives, chopped

¼ cup black olives, chopped

½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more if desired)

Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Fresh cranberries (for garnish)

Crackers & baguette slices (for serving)

👩‍🍳 Directions
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichoke hearts, and Parmesan. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Form the Log
Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log, rolling gently into a smooth cylinder.

Add the Herb Coating
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the surface of the log, pressing lightly to help it adhere.

Garnish & Serve
Place the cheese log on a wooden board. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and scattered cranberries for a festive presentation.
Surround with crackers and baguette slices.
