Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Chicken:**
* Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
* Place panko in a third dish.
* Dredge each chicken breast in flour → egg → panko, pressing gently to coat evenly.
3. **Cook the Chicken:**
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 4–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

* Stir in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
