Boston Chocolate Cream Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients:
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sour cream
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
Instructions:
Prep the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Set aside.
