1 lb ground beef
12 oz rotini pasta
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add rotini and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove excess fat if necessary.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Base
Push beef to the side of the skillet. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
